Free Shipping Offer
1. Free Shipping Coverage - USA:
We offer free standard shipping to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.
Extra charges apply for expedited shipping.
Where We Ship:
Right now, we offer shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, D.C.
We don’t currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories — but we hope to expand soon!
2. Free Shipping Coverage - Canada:
We offer free standard shipping to all 10 Canadian provinces (British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland & Labrador).
Orders shipping to the Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut are not eligible for free shipping. Additional fees may apply based on carrier rates.
3. **Shipping Methods**: Free shipping is valid for standard shipping methods only. Expedited or Priority shipping options are not covered by this offer and will incur additional charges.
4. **Order Modifications**: If you modify your order, including changes to shipping methods or addresses, the free shipping offer may be adjusted accordingly.
5. **Returns and Exchanges**: If you return items that were originally eligible for free shipping, the cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund or exchange, if applicable.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 business day after your purchase is confirmed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can track your package through the carrier’s website to get real-time updates.
Shipping Delays
We strive to meet the delivery times mentioned above, but certain circumstances such as weather, customs delays, or courier delays may extend your shipping time. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, natural disasters, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Incorrect Address
If you provide an incorrect shipping address and the order is returned to us, we will contact you to correct the address. Please note, any additional shipping costs incurred due to an incorrect address will be the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@supermistspray.com so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
